The space is going to be set up to run many cooking type classes for local residents to learn cooking techniques like cake decorating, knife skills, pasta making, sausage making, some will be run buy well known chefs,  this will be a learning center. The plan is also to encourage the use of locally grown goods and products, produce, eggs, milk, honey etc..

We also may offer a small event center for small groups to rent/use for gatherings of 20 people with a resident chef preparing food tasting.
